GranTurismo/GranCabrio 1st Gen: Engine: Ferrari V8 - 4.2 or 4.7. Excellent. Variators on 4.2 (check for ticking). 4.7 preferred. Gearbox: ZF 6-speed auto on later cars - much better than F1. MC Stradale has racing clutch - expensive. Brakes: expensive consumables. Budget £4-8k annually. Buy 4.7 with ZF auto.
