1971 Lotus Europa S2

The Europa S2 (1968-1971) featured opening windows and improved trim over the original. Renault 1470cc engine. More practical for road use while maintaining excellent handling.

Same backbone chassis concerns as early Europa. Renault engine reliable but underpowered. Opening windows improve usability. Check for rust thoroughly under body. Budget £3-5k annually.
