Engine: M111 Kompressor reliable but check supercharger belt and tensioner. M112/M272 V6 - balance shaft issues on some M272 (2004-2008). Check for oil leaks. Roof: Vario-roof mechanism critical - check operation. Hydraulics can leak. Microswitches fail. Tonneau cover mechanism. Transmission: Auto reliable. Body: Generally good but check wheel arches, sills. Electrics: Window regulators. Various sensors.
