Head bolt failures on early M156 engines (pre-2011) are the primary concern - updated bolts resolve this. Camshaft wear can occur if oil changes are neglected. Differential bushings wear on hard-driven cars. Brake wear is rapid given the performance. Gearbox (7G-Tronic) requires proper service. Budget for consumables.
